Hi Ellen,
The Tuesday class has been going every week- it’s good to call ahead to RSVP so we can have plenty of trainers out. If you’re interested in the Thursday class, definitely RSVP, as that class will only happen when there is enough interest.
Dick and Gene will have the exact pricing for the classes as well, and we’ll post it here when I hear back from them.

Sorry for the delay on reply! For future reference, we have shop rides every Saturday (weather permitting), leaving from here at 9am. There is usually an A group (high mileage, high teen-twenty’s for mph) and a B group (mid teen mph). We’ve also had a C group heading out as well.

And I thought GROUP RIDES were basically unsanctioned competitive events…so if we don’t have numbers pinned on our jerseys, you’re suggesting we should slow down, be mindful of our surroundings, obey traffic laws, and enjoy the ride? Great advice.
